Shipping
We try to ensure all items are made and shipped within 5 days of ordering. If delays are to be experience we will keep you updated
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 Day Delivery) for UK orders and International Standard (3-9 Day Delivery) for International Orders.
Returns
We do accept refund and exchanges for standard items, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
For custom orders we do not accept exchanges or refund unless the reason is for faulty/damaged goods. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom
We do accept Custom orders for personal and commercial use, this is available across the variety of mediums I work with.

Environment
I try my hardest to leave as little of a carbon foot print as I can so all of our packing is 100% recyclable, we also try to use packaging which is already made from recycled material too!
I also acquire all my materials from local businesses too.
